Your area of responsibility:
- Independent management of a real estate portfolio (technical and administrative management)
- Contact with tenants, tradesmen and authorities
- Organization and supervision of maintenance and renovation projects
- Carrying out inspections, acceptances and handovers
- Preparation of budgets and condition reports
Your profile:
- Basic commercial training with experience in real estate management
- Perfect knowledge of German, good knowledge of French
- Independent and structured way of working
- Customer orientation and strong communication skills
- Category B driving license mandatory
